Cookout to start at 4:00 pm.
Anyone that would like to take a short driving tour of Lincoln / Logan high points come about 2:00 pm
The menu is roast pork tenderloin, snacks and drinks (tea, lemonade and soft drinks).
Please bring a dish to pass.
Directions:
From R55 - The first exit coming from the south or north will will put you on Lincoln Parkway (The old R 55 bypass around Lincoln). There are two stop lights on the Lincoln Parkway, one at Woodlawn Road and 5th Street near the south R-55 exit. From the south, turn west or left onto 5th Street or from the north a right turn. From 5th Street, turn left at Memorial Park Rd (There is an Elks Country Club sign). Turn right onto Illini Drive. Our number is 48. Do not be confused by the numbering, our neightbor is 13.
From R 121 or 10- both routes follow Woodlawn Road and will put you at one of the stop lights on the Lincoln Parkway. Turn south onto the Lincoln Parlway.
